Contribution

Basil has served as the Chairman of the Society of Construction Law Australia, and has been a member of the WA Construction Group of the Law Council of Australia (business section), the Construction Committee of the Law Society of Western Australia and the Construction Council of the Master Builders Association of WA.

He has contributed to submissions on behalf of the Law Society and the Society of Construction Law on security of payment legislative reform.
